Closing of Bids

Dear all,

Thank you for your outpouring of support and generosity this past week. As it is now noon GMT, March 20, bids are closed for [community profile] help_japan from this point. We will try to get the offers tallied and to have a post listing all winning bids within the next week. Please check your offers and bids, and stay tuned for instructions on how to confirm your donations with the moderators and the people offering. You may confirm donations once we have formally announced the winning bidders.

Any offers and bids made after 1159 GMT will not be counted.

Once again, thank you for your charity toward Japan and Yunnan.

Sincerest regards,
the [community profile] help_japan team

@Skud this was awesome. My frenid is one of the team division heads for OTW and was delighting in your keynote i can now see why! For myself I have had an interest in coding previously, but have always felt like it had to be something I already had skill in in order to learn nothing ever seemed to suggest that I could start from scratch and learn from an organisation or project and become someone who had the skills. When I'm less swamped with university, I'll be volunteering with OTW in order to learn coding I /know/ that they'll happily teach me from the ground up and that I'll get to contribute to others being able to do the same thing. I love the fact that OTW is all about voices being heard, and those voices being preserved and celebrated. Thank you again!

Last week I won the Kindle Auction at Centclix and was amazed to have reveiced it just 3 days later. Wonderful shipping time.Their customer service is top-notch. They have a very generous sign-up promotion which everyone should take advantage of.I won me my Kindle with the bids I recieved from this promotion. This site is very new and the traffic is very light. Best of Luck to all.
